This cardio-based class will give you a full body workout. If you are looking for a fun way to mix up your work outs try this upbeat class.

Cancellation Policy

We have a 6-hour cancelation policy. As long as you cancel more than 6 hours before your scheduled class, your credit will be returned to your account and you will be able to schedule for a future date. However, if you late cancel in the 6-hour cancelation period prior to your class start time you will lose the credit and will not be permitted to reschedule for another date.
