This grounded class focuses on introducing the foundational skills in Acrobatics, including: rolls, cartwheels, balancing, and bridges. A full body workout using internationally recognised progressions toward more difficult skills. An introduction to basic partnering techniques and progressions for tumbling or contortion. Increase your strength and flexibility or work toward personal goals. A great choice for those with little to no experience.

Cancellation Policy
We have a 6-hour cancelation policy. As long as you cancel more than 6 hours before your scheduled class, your credit will be returned to your account and you will be able to schedule for a future date. However, if you late cancel in the 6-hour cancelation period prior to your class start time you will lose the credit and will not be permitted to reschedule for another date.
