Come for the stretch stay for the banter. We focus on passive and active split stretching while discussing some fun spicy topics, there are very few subjects off the table and we love when you bring stories to class ;)

Cancellation Policy

We have a 6-hour cancelation policy. As long as you cancel more than 6 hours before your scheduled class, your credit will be returned to your account and you will be able to schedule for a future date. However, if you late cancel in the 6-hour cancelation period prior to your class start time you will lose the credit and will not be permitted to reschedule for another date.
