Back & Shoulder Flexibility
Open Level, Suitable for Beginners
This open level class is aimed to help strengthen and stabilize the hip flexors, lower back, core, upper back, shoulders, and neck supporting your back & shoulder flexibility. Exercises will be given for all levels whether you are still learning to push up into a bridge or are comfortable in a variety of backbends on the ground or in the air.
We have a 6-hour cancelation policy. As long as you cancel more than 6 hours before your scheduled class, your credit will be returned to your account and you will be able to schedule for a future date. However, if you late cancel in the 6-hour cancelation period prior to your class start time you will lose the credit and will not be permitted to reschedule for another date.
